Review summary

The Orbiston is often praised for its excellent location, right at the back of the Winter Gardens, with the shops and train station all within walking distance. Guests frequently mention the spacious and clean rooms, some featuring large TVs and memory foam beds. Breakfast is a highlight for many, with a variety of options from cereal to a full English, along with unlimited tea and coffee, though a few guests have noted that the decor is somewhat dated. Overall, it's considered a great value, especially for its proximity to Blackpool's attractions.

Decent stay overall

friendly staff clean place good value small room shower update noisy stairs
The staff were friendly. The place was very clean. The price offered good value. There is a bar where you can relax with a drink.
The room was small. I found the shower needed some updating. I noticed some noise from the stairs to the breakfast room in the morning. Though the location was perfect!

small room outdated shower
The room i had was tiny! there were hardly any outlets, so annoying when i needed to charge my phone and camera. the shower really needs an update. It felt old and grimy. also. it was super noisy in the mornings since my room was right by the stairs to the breakfast room. the noise woke me up way earlier than i wanted. i am not happy with the bathroom and electrical issues, early morning noise
